REPLACEMENT WARRANTY The TryCell Internal Microdish is warranted for five years against defects in workmanship and /or materials and will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser only with dated proof of purchase or sales receipt. Warranty is limited to the TryCell Internal Microdish and does not include any external device or product, (i.e. cell phone installed in, etc.) This warranty does not cover improper installation or breakage, damage from bending the microdish, abuse, misuse. These are considered to be avoidable circumstances and are not covered by warranty. (Replacement Only if Defective No Cash Refunds) |
If Problem Notes:
First thing to know is you can't go by your antenna meter on you phone because it is only reading the cell phones fixed antenna and not the TryCell.... It doesn't work that way... even if you have only one bar it will work like you have four bars so you need to go by how much clearer your call is and the fact you are getting out in more areas than ever before with less static and less dropped calls on your cell phone.
If you installed your microdish and for some reason it does not work in your phone, then please try this....
You could have been to close to metal when you first installed your TryCell like a car, truck or a metal building, so try this... Move the TryCell to another spot with gold side up behind your cell phone's battery, then put back your battery close it not turning your cell phone on yet, now go to a known good area for calls out side, 10' feet away from any metal structure and turn on your phone to allow it to tune in the microdish... Give it time for all your bars to come up... your done. You should only have to do this once or if you put it in a new cell phone you would do it again for the new phone to tune in... After this... it should work fine in those metal buildings, cars and trucks etc:... again this should be done normally as a one time thing!
That should have done it.... but if not you could be one of those people who like to raise the hidden antenna on you cell phone.... with a TryCell you don't need it anymore and it only brings in unwanted static when up so leave it down and try it. (note: if you have dropped your cell phone, it could be you need to take it in to your cell phone dealer to see if it is out of frequency or something like that... we hope not!)
Keep in mind that nothing can totally eliminate all dead spots and there are places where there is no reception at all with any cell phone antenna... If you could not get out with a vehicle mounted mobile cell phone antenna then it's a dead spot. We compare the TryCell Internal Microdish to having a vehicle mounted mobile cell phone antenna for a reason.... only the TryCell has that kind of power in your cell phone working hidden under your cell phone battery. (A Professional Truck Driver Customer said he had 12 dead spots across country and now with his TryCell he only had 2 dead spots, stays connected and was very happy he got one).
